How will the new US import tariffs affect my order?

As of May 14th, 2025, a 30%* tariff has been placed on all Chinese imports to the USA, regardless of declared value. This means any items that have been manufactured in China are subject to this tariff, even if they are shipped from our location in Canada. As nearly all electric scooter manufacturing is done in China, all of our parts and most of our accessories will be subject to these tariffs.

If you are in the US, please note that you may receive an invoice from the shipping service, and your items may be held at customs until the duties are paid.

To our loyal US customers: We are so grateful for your patronage. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to avoid these fees. We thank you for your understanding and hope that you will stick with us once the situation is resolved.
