Thank you for pre-ordering and patiently waiting with us! We're happy to share that we've successfully fulfilled all pre-orders and shipments are en route to all riders. For those already riding or awaiting their scooters, we would love to see and hear about your journeys.

A timely update, as promised! 

The INOKIM Shipment (with your scooter) has successfully completed customs examination, released, and has arrived at our warehouse. We will proceed to inspect and test all scooters before shipping out to you. This is an important process for us in order to ensure your scooter is in optimal shape when you receive it. This will take approximately 4 - 7 days.

If you're in the Vancouver area and have chosen to pick up at our showroom, we will be contacting you very shortly. All online orders will have tracking information updated shortly as well, and we thank you again for your continued support and patience.

We're happy to share that our INOKIM Shipment (with your scooter) has arrived at the port of Vancouver over the weekend and is awaiting customs examination and clearance because of the lithium-ion batteries.  With the current COVID situation affecting some operations at the Port, we are hoping for that to complete without delays. 

As soon as it gets released to our warehouse, we will proceed to inspect and test all scooters before shipping out to you. This is an important process for us in order to ensure your scooter is in optimal shape when you receive it.

If you're in the Vancouver area and have chosen to pick up at our showroom, we will be contacting you shortly for pick up times. All online orders will have tracking information updated in due course, and we thank you again for your continued support and patience.

Thanks for choosing INOKIM for your portable electric journey, and for your continued patience! 
We have been notified that the incoming INOKIM Shipment (with your scooter) has left the factory's homeport and is enroute to the Port of Vancouver. The scheduled arrival date at the Port of Vancouver is mid-June. 
Because of COVID affecting Port operations globally and the extensive documentation process pertaining to lithium ion batteries, we could experience a slight delay during customs examinations as well. For now, we are still anticipating a mid-June delivery and we promise to continue to keep you posted.
