Shipping: 
We’ve created your shipping label and your electric scooter will be shipped out in the next 1 to 2 business days. Follow your package on its way to you with your tracking number. Typically, Canada Post, FedEx and UPS can take up to 48 hours to start showing updates.

Store Pick-Ups:
We will phone and email you to arrange a pick-up date/time when your electric scooter is ready for pick-up. Please bring your credit card and ID with you.
