Urban Machina is proud to partner with the Downtown Ambassadors from the Downtown Business Improvement Association (DVBIA) to equip them with our foldable electric scootersΒ (also known as personal mobility scooters, PMD) starting this spring, for their daily patrols around downtown Vancouver. This partnership allows them to serve the downtown community more effectively and efficiently.
Scheduled to hit the streets in Spring 2017, the Downtown Ambassadors will be riding the blue INOKIM Light, a lightweight foldable electric scooter, on the job to provide hospitality assistance, business referrals and member services to the DVBIA area. Β Equipped with brakes, front and rear built in LED lights, the INOKIM Light is compact, efficient and safe for urban transportation.
"The Downtown Ambassadors do such a great job with the services that they provide, and Urban Machina is proud to be able to provide a solution for the team to further increase their efficiency and improve comfort in their day to day operations." said Olivia Yau, Urban Mobility Advocate and Co-founder of Urban Machina.
"The Ambassadors are raving about how enjoyable and easy they are to use." comments Charles Gauthier, President, CEO of the DVBIA. Β "The team is excited to put the PMDs to use in their every day patrol on behalf of our members."
